April Book Box Club Unboxing: Bold and Brave

I have just submitted my last ever University essay and a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can officially relax now! To celebrate, I thought I’d unbox the April Book Box Club in today’s post! The theme for the April box was ‘Bold & Brave.’

Book Box Club have just announced that their June and July boxes will feature books instead of 1. This is so exciting and I can’t wait to see what the featured reads are!

Mulan Tote Bag by Mariateresa

I’ll start with the positives first – I love that I finally own some Mulan merch – it’s so difficult to find any! The only thing I’m a little disappointed by is the quality as I feel like it won’t be long before Mulan disappears from the bag.

Mother of Dragons Bookmark by Another Studio

Metal and magnetic bookmarks are some of my favourites so when I pulled this out of the box I was really happy. I’m not a fan of Game of Thrones (shame on me!) but I know that I’ll be using this bookmark a lot.

Celaena’s Chocolate Lipbalm by Glasgow Soap Company

Lipbalm

This actually smells like chocolate and I’m so obsessed with it. If only it was real chocolate cake…

Including any form of edible items in book boxes is dangerous for me because I end up eating them straight away. This time, however, I managed to get a picture before I gobbled it!

Hermione Planner by Book Box Club

This is hands down my favourite item in the box because I know that I’m going to use it so much. I can track what I’m reading and use it as a daily planner and I’m just so excited to start using it!

By taking his place.

Surviving brutal army training as a male recruit – Zhi – is only the first challenge. Soon Zhi’s unique talents draw them into an even more perilous fight, in the glittering court of the Land of Dragons, where love and betrayal are two sides of the same smile. The fate of an Empire rests on Zhi’s shoulders. But to win, they must first decide where their loyalty, and their heart, truly belongs.
