Top 5 Tuesday: Books On My Christmas List!

Happy Tuesday!

I feel like I say this every week, but this was another difficult list to make haha – I couldn’t even come up with 5 books!

Normally this would be so easy for me because there’s so many books I want to read and don’t own. However… I’ve just not been in the mood lately to buy books, and I’ve not even been able to think of books I want. I go into bookstores and I search online, but I can’t find any books that interest me. It’s both a good and a bad thing at the moment because I’m not adding to my out of control TBR, but I’m also worried I’m missing out on some incredible books. I’m just in a really weird place right now with books haha.

Anyway… with that intro out of the way – here are some books that I would love to receive this Christmas.

Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare

This was the easiest book to think of, mainly because it has recently been released. I was so busy with university and work that I forgot to pre-order this one, but I got a message from my sister the other day and it turns out she’s got me it for Christmas, which I’m so thankful for!

Dry by Neal Shusterman

I’ve seen this book around quite a bit over the past few months, and I’m definitely really interested in the concept of it. It sounds like quite a realistic plot that could happen in the near future, which is very scary.

I’ve been wanting this book ever since I first heard about it at the beginning of the year. But I haven’t been able to find a copy anywhere. I’ve never seen it in a bookstore and every time I check online, it’s always out of stock. It’s impossible to get it!

Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa

As well as this book being beautiful, it also sounds amazing. I’ve had my eye on it since I first heard about it a couple of months ago, and I was waiting until it was released to get it. I had no idea it was out last month!
